Sino Harvest Limited of Hong Kong has acquired all of the assets including all Trademarks and Patents of the MAKIN'S CLAY® line from Greensward Co. Ltd. as of 26 May 2005.  All manufacturing, product development will now be handled by SINO HARVEST LIMITED.

SINO HARVEST LIMITED - is a new company owned by Bill Mangelsen who was responsible for the development of MAKIN'S CLAY® and all of the accessories and tools from the very beginning. There will be no change in the product but there will be many new accessories and tools developed in the near future.

Bill Mangelsen has resigned from Greensward Co. Ltd. to put full concentration on the development of MAKIN'S CLAY® to its full potential.

Currently MAKIN'S CLAY® has two distributors in the USA & Canada - WALNUT HOLLOW www.walnuthollow.com  for the Craft Market and CHENILLE KRAFT www.chenillekraft.com  for the Educational market and for much of Europe by KARS of the Netherlands www.kars.nl

MAKIN'S CLAY® will be shown at the upcoming CHA Show in Chicago July 15-17 by Walnut Hollow (for trade only).
