Gold Cord

| 1.
Mix Red clay and Blue clay to produce the
fireplace color using Makins Brand Clay Mixing
Ruler (F (Red clay) + C (Blue clay) totally three times.
Use Makins Brand Roller to flatten it with
3mm thick. Cut it into the shape of fireplace with Makins
Brand Mallet. |

2.
Use
Makin's Brand® Texture Sheet (Brick) to cover
the fireplace pendant and slightly push down to make the
grain for the fireplace.

3.
Use
Makins Brand Rasp to cut the fireplace
pendant into several pieces as shown.

4.
Mix White clay, Yellow clay and Red clay to produce
Stone color using Makins Brand Clay
Mixing Ruler (H (White clay) + F (Yellow clay) + C (Red
clay)). Roll it into 1mm thick with Makins
Brand Roller and wrap each of the four sides
of fireplace with it.

5.
Stick
the separated parts of the fireplace together. Use Makins
Brand Mallet to mark the grain on the Stone
clay.

6.
Slightly
knead the Red clay and Yellow clay several times to
make the color for the fire, flatten it with Makins
Brand Roller and cut it into fire shape with Makins
Brand Mallet. Stick the fire on the fireplace
pendant with white glue.

| 7.
Mix Yellow clay and Red clay to produce the Orange-yellow
color for the main color of the cat using Makins
Brand Clay Mixing Ruler (F (Yellow clay) + B
(Red clay)). Use Makins Brand Mallet to pierce
the cats moustache and mouth.. |

| 8.
Mix
White clay and Brown clay to produce the Light Brown color
using Makins Brand Clay Mixing Ruler
(D (White clay) + F (Brown clay)). Use Makins Brand
Roller to flatten it and stick on the cats face.
Use a black pen to mark the cats eyes. |

9.
Again,
mix Yellow clay and Red clay to produce the Orange-yellow
color to make 2 pieces of round ball using Makins
Brand Clay Mixing Ruler (F (Yellow clay) + B
(Red clay)) and stick them on the cats face. Use
Orange-yellow color clay to form a small pyramid shape
and make a concave on the ear by Makins Brand
Mallet and stick it on the top left side of the cats
head. Mix Red clay and White clay to produce the Pink
color to make the nose.

| 10.
Use
Natural clay to make a small ball and a small flat rectangle.
Use Makins Brand Mallet to produce
a cotton-like texture on the flat rectangle. Shape Red
clay into teardrops and bend the pointed side downward. |

Stick
the small ball and the rectangle on the hat. Then, stick
on the cats head. Use Makins Brand
Mallet to mark the grain for the hat. |

12.
Roll
out a thin piece of Red clay to make a sock, keep the
thickness at 2mm.
Roll
out two thin pieces of Green clay using Makins
Brand Roller to make two broken parts of the
sock. Use Makins Brand to cut one side of
the first piece into 90° angle, and the other one
with straight side on one side.

Stick
the two broken parts on the sock. Use Makins
Brand Chisel to mark some stitches on them.. |

14.
Roll
out a piece of Natural clay to make a rectangle and
use Makins Brand Mallet to create
a cotton-like effect. Stick the rectangle between the
cat and the sock.
Repeat to make 3 pieces of cats, follow Step 7 to Step
14, you can change the cats pendants to other color
if you like.

| Final.
Stick 4 pieces of cats on the fireplace pendant. Pierce
a hole on the top of the fireplace. Thread with a thin
green ribbon through the hole in the clay. Write in names
to personalize. |
