1.
For the face, follow the outline and make two White
clay sheets and one Red clay sheet with 4mm thick each
while the Red clay sheet should be slightly smaller
than both White clay sheets. Stack them in order of
White, Red and White, then stick them with white glue.
Make two small rectangular sheets of Black clay with
12mm thick and cut them into cross shape for the eyes.
Use Pink clay, make a T-shape like to form the nose
and eyebrows.

2.
Roll Yellow, Red and Green clay sheets with 12mm (W).
Stack a Yellow and a Red clay sheets together and roll
them into a roll, it should be 6mm in diameter and 12mm
in height, the number of rolls is depending on the shape
and size of the hat. Repeat this step with Yellow and
Green clay sheets to make rolls for the collar.

The thickness of the clown is around 12mm, allow to dry
for 2 hours. |

Use cutter to cut it in half horizontally |

Final.
Pick the side with better and clear details, show the
smooth side up and glue the badge at the back with white
glue. |
