1.
Fill the F cavity of the Clay Mixing Ruler™ with red clay, remove and roll into a smooth ball. Shape this ball into a rounded egg shape. |

2.
Using
the small pointed tool, using a drilling motion, drill down from top of egg shape to bottom. Remove pointed tool and repeat from bottom to top. Make sure you can see light through the hole. |

3.
Turn egg shape upside down and on ponted end of egg shape make an X with needle tool. Extend X up side of apple to about half way. |

4.
Now it's time to make a leaf. With the green clay, fill the A cavity and remove clay and roll into a smooth ball. Roll ball into a pointed tear drop shape. Flatten tear drop shape. With needle tool, add vein lines |

5.
With small paint brush and just a touch of water, smooth any imperfections. While apple is damp, add leaf to top of apple. Check to see that the bead hole is still open. Now let it dry. When dry you are ready to create a beaded project with your very own unique bead. |
